Saturday, June 6
Our membership class meets this Saturday, June 6 from 9:00 - 11:30 AM. Our Membership Class includes a three-part curriculum that covers our beliefs and activities here at Immanuel Bible Church. (Registration required)

Sunday, June 7
Join us this June as we kick off a series highlighting Christ the King, a study through the Gospel of Matthew! We have journal Bibles and bookmarks available at the front of the auditorium and the Info Center. We're looking forward to studying Matthew together, starting this Sunday!

Monday, June 8
This is a quick reminder that while some of our ministries have taken a summer hiatus, the Acoustic Worship Jam group will still be meeting during the summer! The next meeting is this Monday, June 8 at 6:30pm. The group meets every 1st Monday of the month- join us as we worship God through music!

Ladies, join us soon for our Summer Sessions! We're setting aside time to have fun, slow down, and grow in fellowship with one another.

Session 1: Walk & Talk
Wednesday, June 10
We’ll meet in the church parking lot at 6:00pm and take a walk on the rail trail. Walk as long or as little as your schedule (or feet!) allows! Children and non-IBC attendees are welcome.

The opportunity to minister at IBC for the past nine months has been an honor and a privilege. Your desire to learn and grow has been an encouragement to me as well as your willingness to look beyond the messenger and focus on the message.

Jane and I will continue to pray for you in the coming days. Your expressions of kindness and love are greatly appreciated. We enjoyed reading so many cards and your kind words are such a blessing. Thanks for the thoughtful gifts that we can share in the coming weeks. Be assured that I’ll share the tomato soup!

We are looking for a few more people to join our Children's Check-in Team! Check-in volunteers are a huge part of our ministry to families- we make sure little ones are checked in safely and efficiently, and are a welcoming face to guests and visitors. We have openings for:

• 9 AM Setup on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays of the month
• 10:30 AM Check-In on the 1st Sunday of the month
• Subs that can help as-needed

Please contact the office or Miranda Goddard if you're interested in helping in this way!

We're so thankful to be able to make guests and visitors feel welcome when joining us for worship. We have some needs to fill on our Greeter and Coffee Maker teams:

• Welcome Center: looking for 2-3 more volunteers
• Coffee Maker: 1st Sunday and 5th Sunday

Wednesday, June 17
Note: Begins at 10:30am!
Can you name 6 notable people from Bay City? Join us for a self-guided tour of the Bay County Historical Museum and the Michigan Rock and Roll Legends Hall of Fame beginning at 10:30am on Wednesday, June 17. We'll meet at 321 Washington Ave. (parking available beside the museum). The museum highlights a surprising diversity of events, historic businesses, and memorable people, as well as Bay County’s contributions to the nation and the world. An elevator is available. Following the tour, we will enjoy lunch at Grandpa Tony’s at 1108 Columbus Ave. in Bay City.

Cost:

• Admission is $2 per person at the door (or free to Bay County residents). 
• Lunch cost will be according to the menu. Attendees are encouraged to gather in groups for mostly booth seating.
• Please register (no charge) so we can reserve space at Grandpa Tony’s

Sunday, June 28
Summer picnics are back, beginning Sunday, June 28! Join the church family for a picnic at 5:00pm in the pavilion. Hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks will be provided; bring a lawn chair or blanket if you plan to stay a while. Make a note on your calendars and bring out the whole family!

Thank you to everyone who attended the special member meeting this past Sunday! Our ballot item to amend the Constitution was passed. The updated Constitution can be downloaded here, or found on our website.

Sunday, June 21
We are participating in the LifeClinic Baby Bottle Campaign again this year! There's a table in the church lobby where we'll provide and collect bottles until Sunday, June 21. When you fill a baby bottle with spare change, cash, or a check, you are helping LifeClinic provide medical services, parenting classes, and support to anyone in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Thank you for your generosity!
